Education has always been part of the XP Group. Since day one. Innovation has too. The combination of these two pillars gave rise to XP Educação (XPE), XP’s business and technology college, created to reshape education in Brazil by connecting companies and students through a new learning model.
Keenwork’s challenge was to bring this unique concept to life: a college born inside a company, where students do not pay for their education. Instead, companies invest in training future talent. From naming and positioning to visual identity, brand architecture, and go-to-market strategy, we built a brand platform that explains and elevates this innovative educational model, centered on employability, innovation, and purpose.
Built around the positioning “Learn from Those Who Do,” XPE presents itself as a bold, youthful, and forward-thinking brand. The logo features an expanding “e,” symbolizing growth, movement, and transformation. A green-to-black gradient reinforces the ideas of technology, energy, and progress.
The result is a human-centered and future-focused brand that breaks down the barriers between education and the job market, ushering in a new era of learning shaped by industry and designed for industry.
