Evolution with Focus, Clarity, and Direction

Every journey is shaped by movement. That belief became the foundation for the evolution of the Raízen brand and the challenge of translating a genuine process of cultural transformation into a new expression, one that reflects the present and supports the company’s future ambitions.

Keenwork led the entire process, from strategy to implementation. We developed a new visual identity, tone of voice, environmental design, signage system, and go-to-market strategy. Every decision was guided by a simple principle: clarity that helps people focus on what truly matters.

The new identity preserves the essence of the brand while embracing simplification as a design solution. A more refined and consistent color palette, graphic elements that convey movement, focus, and connection, and a visual system that organizes information and guides attention. Photography plays a central role, highlighting the energy of people and Raízen’s presence in everyday Brazilian life, from the fields to the fuel station. The verbal identity adopts a more direct, approachable, and accessible tone that makes communication easier and strengthens collaboration.

More than a visual update, this project represents a cultural evolution. A new way of expressing who Raízen is today and, more importantly, who it is becoming. An evolution that gives the brand greater focus and direction while reinforcing Keenwork’s role as a strategic partner in bringing this transformation to life.
