ESG Through Itaú’s Lens

The world is embracing a new perspective on sustainability, and companies are rethinking their role in society. In this context, Itaú made a public commitment to generate positive impact, embedding sustainability into its business strategy and making it a guiding principle across all products and services.

Keenwork was responsible for translating this commitment into a brand expression and visual narrative, creating the concept, identity, and manifesto that communicate this transformation. The project included strategic repositioning, a new visual identity, and content curation, culminating in the Positive Impact Commitment Report, which presents the bank’s initiatives and results in a clear, engaging, and accessible way.

Using a straightforward and inclusive language, brought to life through illustrations by artist La Minna, the communication made ESG topics more approachable for different audiences and reinforced Itaú’s leadership in the sustainability agenda.

By placing positive impact at the center of its brand strategy, Itaú strengthened its commitment to turning purpose into action and inspired the market to do the same.
