Created to foster female entrepreneurship in Brazil, Itaú Mulher Empreendedora is a free program led by Itaú’s Sustainability Division and open to both customers and non-customers. Its core purpose is to encourage the exchange of experiences among women across the country while providing tools, content, and support designed to help women start, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
Keenwork developed the brand strategy, positioning, and identity for the initiative, transforming it from a program into a movement dedicated to entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment.
The brand was inspired by the voices of women themselves. We created a tone of voice that is approachable, engaging, and encouraging, along with a language that promotes pride, confidence, and a sense of collective strength.
The color palette was carefully designed to reflect the diversity of women without relying on limiting gender stereotypes. Combined with a photographic style that celebrates community, determination, and diversity, the visual identity became a powerful expression of women and their entrepreneurial spirit.
