This understanding guided more than two years of research and strategic work, focused on identifying the right moment to demonstrate the consistency of the transformation and rebuild the reputation of the Odebrecht Group. The rebrand was created with the clear understanding that the past cannot be erased, but that it should remain exactly what it is: the past.

Novonor combines the words novo (new) and norte (direction) to represent the power of renewal and a confident vision for the future. In the new brand, the central circle symbolizes rebirth and a focus on people, the company’s true source of strength.

Keenwork was responsible for the entire narrative behind the transformation and for the launch campaign across print, digital, and television media. It was a challenging project that exceeded expectations and opened new possibilities for recovery and growth through a brand that embodies the ability to evolve and move forward with confidence toward the future.
