Strategy Driving Business Transformation
Repositioning Mecanizou was the starting point for transforming the business. As a fast-growing scale-up, the brand needed to evolve from a mechanic-focused operation into a platform capable of connecting the entire automotive ecosystem, from manufacturers and distributors to repair shops and end consumers. The challenge was to create a strategic foundation and brand expression capable of supporting this new stage, increasing relevance and opening new opportunities for growth.
Keenwork led this transformation by developing Mecanizou’s new positioning, brand platform, visual identity, tone of voice, and digital presence. Based on a deep understanding of the industry's challenges, including complexity, an overwhelming number of choices, and low levels of digitalization, we built a proposition centered on technology as a connecting force capable of simplifying journeys and integrating the entire ecosystem.
The result is a brand that turns complexity into simplicity. Its visual identity is inspired by the curve of the letter "M," symbolizing movement, connection, and progress. The design system was created to express integration and scalability. The verbal identity adopts an approachable, straightforward, and trustworthy tone that balances technical expertise with accessibility, making communication clearer for different audiences.
More than a new brand, this project positions Mecanizou as a platform designed to organize and drive the future of the automotive industry. A transformation that connects technology, business, and people while creating a brand that is integrated, innovative, and ready for growth.
